Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments for client information systems and guide compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF. You will mentor teammates and support secure cloud architecture in a fast-paced remote delivery model.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, professional certifications, and the ability to clearly communicate complex security concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance as required by government contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive security assessments for client information systems.
• Guide cross-functional teams and lead compliance discussions, demonstrating expert understanding of security frameworks, architectures, and control requirements.
• Author clear, accurate, and original assessment reports, attestations, and customer-facing compliance documentation.
• Mentor team members and support secure cloud architecture design and risk mitigation activities.
