Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments for client information systems, with a focus on FedRAMP. You will guide teams, mentor colleagues, and help design secure cloud architectures while navigating NIST RMF and FISMA requirements.

You will communicate complex compliance concepts clearly to clients, manage risk, and deliver reports that support government and enterprise engagements in a demanding remote delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform security assessments for client information systems.
• Guide cross‑functional teams on security frameworks and control requirements.
• Author assessment reports and customer-facing compliance documentation.
