Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company is seeking a Federal System Integrator Storage Sales Specialist to lead storage solutions in designated accounts. This role is remote/teleworker and centers on building a robust storage sales pipeline, developing consultative engagements, and coordinating with presales and channel partners to win large deals.

The ideal candidate has extensive storage sales experience, deep federal government knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting growing quotas.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience.
• 5+ years sales experience to the Federal Government, experience working with Federal System Integrators.
• This role is supporting the Federal government, so does require US citizenship.
• 2+ years of experience in storage sales.
• Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, interface with diverse business customers at all levels.
• Extensive vertical industry knowledge required.
• University or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of storage products and solutions in assigned territory, industry or accounts.
• Uses advanced storage expertise to seek out new opportunities for customer value by expanding and enhancing existing opportunities.
• Creates and drives the storage sales pipeline and ensures follow-up by others.
• Collaborates with the account pursuit teams to leverage their solutions expertise for business development.
• Builds sales readiness and reduces client learning curve through knowledge transfer in storage.
• Directs and coordinates supporting sales activities related to pipeline hygiene through account managers, presales, channel partners and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates across the HPE teams for end to end solutions and account planning.
• Assesses solution feasibility to determine qualify-in/qualify-out status.
• Negotiates and drives profitable deals to ensure successful closure and high win rate.
