You will own the technical relationship from discovery through live deployment, proposing business processes, architectures, and API integrations to ensure customer success.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and product teams, documentation of requirements, and ongoing customer engagement across time zones for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer.
• US Citizenship is required for this position to support US federal customers.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions, from requirements gathering to design, integration of TRM APIs, and training for customers.
• Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls, documenting requirements and guiding solution design.
• Present TRM APIs and architecture with detailed implementation guidance and timelines.
• Develop resources for customer integrations, including API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
• Provide expert-level support during the integration process and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay aligned with product roadmaps by understanding evolving features and dependencies.
