Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers from discovery through live deployment.

You will propose business processes, design architectures, demonstrate and customize the TRM platform, and integrate TRM APIs into mission workflows. Strong collaboration with Solutions Engineering and product teams is essential, with a focus on delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-sales roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers from discovery to live deployment.
• Propose business processes and technical architectures, customize the TRM platform, and integrate TRM APIs into workflows.
• Demonstrate TRM APIs and architectures, guide implementation timelines and challenges, align with customer goals.
• Develop and maintain API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides for faster onboarding.
• Provide expert-level support during integration and troubleshoot issues; stay aligned with product roadmap.
