Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers, from discovery calls through live deployment. You will design advanced processes, demonstrate and customize the TRM platform, and integrate TRM APIs into mission workflows with guidance to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Ability to customize API-based SaaS products at scale and collaborate with engineering.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to translate technical needs into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers from discovery to live deployment.
• Propose business processes and architectures, demonstrate and tailor the TRM platform, and integrate TRM APIs.
• Support customers in succeeding with TRM solutions and feed expertise back to the Solutions Engineering team.
• Create and maintain integration resources, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
• Act as a technical consultant during discovery calls and document complex requirements.
• Stay current with product features and dependencies to align with customer goals.
