Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers, from discovery to live deployment. You will propose business processes, customize the TRM platform, integrate TRM APIs into mission workflows, and support customers to ensure successful adoption.

You will serve as the technical consultant during discovery calls, document intricate requirements, and guide solution design.

Qualifications

Experience in pre- and post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer.
US Citizenship is required for this position (no dual citizenship).
Exceptional customer-facing skills and ability to translate complex solutions to business outcomes.
Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale.
Scripting ability to build PoCs for customers or prototype APIs (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).

Responsibilities

Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions from requirements to deployment and training.
Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls with key customers and prospects.
Present TRM APIs and architecture with guidance on implementation timelines and challenges.
Develop and maintain integration resources (documentation, reference architectures).
Support customers through the integration process and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Stay aligned with product roadmap and advocate for enhancements when appropriate.
