Job summary

FTS, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager for API & Integrations to own the strategy and evolution of a growing integration portfolio connecting benefits administration with external platforms.

You’ll lead API-driven initiatives across benefits, CRM, and industry systems from discovery through launch, collaborating with product, engineering, and partners to simplify workflows and improve data movement. This fully remote role emphasizes security, privacy, and the responsible use of AI in product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with API-driven, integration, platform, or similarly technical products.
• Experience leading integration initiatives involving APIs, external systems, data exchange, and third-party technology partners.
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance tech, healthtech, or related ecosystems.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering, including APIs, API documentation, JSON/XML payloads, data structures, mappings, and common integration concepts.
• Experience translating business and customer needs into actionable product requirements and guiding design, testing, release.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration product portfolio end to end, establishing direction, priorities and roadmap.
• Guide integrations across benefits administration, CRM, and external platforms to create connected workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements with data flows, mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate opportunities based on value, feasibility, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
• Represent the product organization with external partners through discovery, design, implementation, and launch.
• Measure integration performance and adoption to drive improvements.
