Job summary

Collibra Public Sector seeks a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead engagement teams delivering value to U.S. government clients.

You will safeguard account health, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and shape delivery frameworks across the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, ensuring timely project execution, and collaborating with Sales and Finance on renewals, expansions, and new business.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum 5+ years in consulting supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Minimum 2 years managing services teams for federal engagements.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all services roles and functions to ensure successful project execution for federal clients.
• Manage engagements, resources, and milestones to maximize value and revenue.
• Drive operational excellence and standardize delivery frameworks across projects.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy for CPS Services and align with sales and finance on renewals and expansions.
• Mentor and develop Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, fostering accountability and collaboration.
