Job summary

Trellix seeks a Federal Sales Account Manager to drive solutions for Intelligence Community customers from Reston/remote US locations. You will own sales strategy, build a strong pipeline, and close deals leveraging a breadth of Trellix offerings.

Role requires 5+ years in enterprise software sales, consultative skills, and a clear understanding of federal contracting. Base pay ranges from $140k–$175k with OTE of $280k–$340k and opportunities for long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience. Security SW is highly preferred.
• Highly consultative sales approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline to 3x quota or greater.
• Skilled at cold calling, initiating relationships, presenting Trellix solutions, and closing deals.
• Strong team player leveraging internal and external resources for success.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and position Trellix products and services.
• Solid understanding of federal government contracting and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trellix products/services to assigned territory.
• Develop and negotiate software/services contracts aligned to customer outcomes.
• Forecast accurately for Commit, Upside and Pipeline monthly/quarterly/annual.
• Meet or exceed new business revenue quota.
• Collaborate to develop and execute pipeline generation.
• Develop channel/distribution strategies for customer success.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
