Job summary

Everfox seeks a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue with USAF prospects and federal contractors. This remote position targets new accounts and expands existing ones within a defined territory, contributing to meeting sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will manage opportunities, coordinate with channel partners, and provide regular forecasts while leveraging Salesforce and internal tools. A strong business background and 5+ years in federal defense sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years selling within the Federal Government Defense sector.
• 3+ years of related experience in a high-tech software company and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to USAF prospects, customers, and resellers to identify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve targets.
• Manage product mix in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide timely follow-up, closure, and tracking of opportunities.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries with appropriate methods.
• Produce pipeline reports and forecasts for developed and closed business.
• Work with channel partners to develop and close new business.
• Use CRM and internal tools to update forecasts.
