IT Hub Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Writer with a focus on U.S. Federal Government contracts. You will develop compliant, technically sound proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and Sources Sought notices, collaborating with SMEs and business development teams.

The ideal candidate understands the U.S. federal procurement process, applies FAR/DFARS provisions, and can manage multiple proposal responses to tight deadlines with high quality. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience writing proposals for U.S. federal contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS provisions and federal procurement processes.
• Ability to gather information from SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of producing compliant, high-quality proposals on tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, write, edit, and manage technical and non-technical proposal responses for US Federal opportunities.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other government documents to identify requirements and submission instructions.
• Prepare compliance matrices to ensure all solicitation requirements are addressed.
• Develop technical narratives, executive summaries, management approaches, staffing plans, past performance sections, and other content.
