Job summary

About the Role

IT Hub Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical Proposal Writer with strong expertise in preparing and managing proposals for U.S. Federal Government contracts. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, compliant, and technically sound proposals in response to government solicitations, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and Sources Sought notices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the U.S. federal procurement process and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business development teams to deliver competitive proposals within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and manage technical and non-technical proposal responses for U.S. Federal Government opportunities.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other government solicitation documents to identify requirements and submission instructions.
• Prepare compliance matrices to ensure all solicitation requirements are addressed.
• Develop technical narratives, executive summaries, management approaches, staffing plans, past performance sections, and other proposal content.
• Coordinate with technical teams, SMEs, contracts, and business development teams to gather relevant information.
• Ensure proposals comply with solicitation requirements, including applicable FAR and DFARS provisions.
• Participate in Pink Team, Red Team, and Gold Team reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, resumes, past performance documents, and reusable proposal materials.
• Manage multiple proposal assignments while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely submission.
• Support federal opportunity research and proposal documentation as required.
