Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Six+ years of proposal management experience with federal pursuits and a track record of compliant, on-time submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of compliant, persuasive proposals across RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitations.
• Serve as the primary accountable party from draft through submission, clarifications, debriefs, and post-submission activities.
• Develop and maintain proposal management plans, compliance matrices, and milestones.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, stand-ups, and status reviews; assign owners and due dates.
