Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to own federal proposals from RFPs to final submission, coordinating with Capture, SMEs, and partners. You will manage content quality, pricing strategy, and graphics development while mentoring junior staff.

Remote position with travel up to 10% to headquarters and client sites. Requires APMP certification, SF1449 experience, and FAR/RFO proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of federal proposal experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience working with SF1449s.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of FAR/RFO and how to interpret/apply them to solicitation and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to interact in a cooperative and effective manner.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Experience on a Federal Capture Team.
• Preferred: Prior experience with a Tribal entity.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex RFPs and IDIQs.
• Develop pre-proposal tools and documentation including compliance matrices and outlines.
• Write or initiate development of content for proposals and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate graphics, charts, tables, and appendices for proposals.
• Ensure proposal outline/formatting complies with solicitation requirements.
• Own final document from formatting, compliance, and quality standpoint.
• Maintain cloud content library and metadata tagging for content reuse.
• Participate in opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and staff training.
