GovCIO is seeking an experienced Management Solution Architect to lead the development of management-focused solutions for large federal IT proposals. This 100% growth role centers on creating effective approaches, transition plans, staffing plans, and the 'why us' story, with no direct customer interactions.

The position is fully remote within the United States, with an initial location consideration in Fairfax, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years' experience creating management solutions and leading federal IT proposals.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and synthesize customer priorities under tight timeframes.
• Proven track record owning sections of competitive proposals and coordinating SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive, management-focused solutions for large Federal programs (e.g., $100M+).
• Lead analysis of solicitation requirements and create high-quality proposal content.
• Coordinate with graphic artists to produce complex proposal graphics and slide decks.
• Coach other architects and authors throughout the proposal lifecycle.
