Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Growth Leader to serve as a Management Solution Architect focused on developing and refining management-related proposals for large federal IT programs. The role is 100% growth-oriented, with no direct customer interaction, and based in Fairfax, VA but remote within the United States.

Responsibilities include architecting management-focused solutions, leading proposal content for IT programs, and coaching others through the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience creating management solutions for federal IT proposals.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and synthesize customer requirements quickly.
• Experience owning sections of competitive federal proposals and coordinating SMEs.
• Proven ability to craft persuasive proposal content across topics and domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with executives, technologists, SMEs and writers.
• Understanding of federal procurement and contracting vehicles (Alliant 2, CIO-SP3, GSA Schedules, VA T4NG).
• Familiarity with think-draw-write proposal development approaches.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with rapid content production.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive, management-focused solutions for large federal IT programs.
• Lead analysis of solicitation requirements and create high-quality proposal content.
• Conceive graphics and slide decks that illustrate management concepts and client value.
• Coach architects and writers to improve proposal content throughout development lifecycle.
