GovCIO is seeking an experienced Management Solution Architect to lead the development of management-focused solutions and proposal content for large federal IT programs. This role emphasizes growth and does not require direct client interaction.

Based in the United States with 100% remote work, the position requires leadership across sections of competitive proposals, strong writing and strategic storytelling, and deep knowledge of federal procurement processes and contract vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of experience in management solutions for Federal IT proposals.
• Experience leading sections of competitive Federal proposals as a solution architect or volume lead.
• Ability to synthesize customer requirements from large solicitations and produce persuasive content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of management-focused solutions and content for large federal IT programs (e.g., $100M+).
• Create proposal content for transition, IT program management, recruiting/retention, and quality management.
• Guide graphics and slide decks showing how management solutions meet client needs and challenges.
• Coach architects and writers through the proposal lifecycle to improve content quality.
