Job summary

Motorola Solutions Federal Division seeks a Federal Project Manager to lead deployment of mission-critical digital mobile systems for DoD initiatives. This role offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the United States with 50%+ domestic travel and requires close coordination with government clients and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have PMP certification, extensive experience in government contracts, and strong leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of related experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and service offerings.
• Leads cross-functional teams dedicated to launching new solutions or upgrading existing systems.
• Directs the entire project lifecycle from initiation through completion or handoff, monitoring performance metrics throughout.
• Guarantees delivery within established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Formulates and executes comprehensive project plans encompassing contractual requirements, including design reviews, timelines, system configuration, installation, training, and testing.
