Job summary

Capitol Bridge LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex federal healthcare program supporting CMS. You will oversee performance, compliance, and development across all operational lanes, partnering with project managers, support leaders, and external partners.

The role requires deep federal program experience, ability to translate regulatory requirements into action, and a bias for urgency and accountability. No Surprises Act and IDR familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive program or operations leadership.
• Substantial federal program or government contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and execution across all operational workstreams.
• Translate contract requirements and regulatory changes into plans.
• Maintain trackers for priorities, risks, and actions.
• Lead high-volume, deadline-driven operations under compliance standards.
• Manage CMS and federal program deliverables and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated operations.
