Job summary

Capitol Bridge LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-volume federal healthcare program supporting CMS. You will drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple operational lanes, coordinating with project managers, support leaders, and external partners.

The role requires translating regulatory and contractual requirements into execution, managing agility and urgency, and delivering timely results in a complex federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive program or operations leadership overseeing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with CMS, HHS, Medicare, Medicaid, or comparable regulated programs strongly desired.
• Experience managing contractual deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, compliance, audits, and client oversight.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations, quality, training, compliance, reporting, technology, and vendor teams.
• Ability to use operational data to prioritize issues and drive measurable improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and execution across all operational workstreams.
• Operate at a fast pace and deliver high-quality work within short turnaround times.
• Translate contract requirements and CMS guidance into operational plans.
• Monitor volume, throughput, capacity, productivity, and risk.
• Lead integrated operating model with cross-functional teams and external partners.
