Job summary

JOBGETHER is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist based in the United States to coordinate and support delivery of projects within a federal ACA healthcare program. The role emphasizes documentation, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to standards in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will work with government stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to translate business needs into effective project outcomes, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidates without a degree must have at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and residency for the past 3 years are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with government customers and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of project documentation, risks, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality project documentation (SOPs, briefs, status reports, minutes).
• Collect, organize, analyze information for planning and decision-making.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to monitor metrics and trends.
• Gather and validate business, technical, and operational requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities, manage communications, and track progress against schedules.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and lessons learned.
• Maintain documentation repositories across Teams and SharePoint with version control.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with government representatives, technical teams, and end users.
• Support change management across multiple projects.
