Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives in the United States. This fully remote role leads cross-functional initiatives to strengthen payer relationships, optimize revenue cycle performance, and improve reimbursement outcomes.

You will develop roadmaps, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to executives. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet is required to translate data into actionable insights for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; project management certifications preferred.
3–5 years of project management, strategic initiatives, healthcare operations, or related experience.
Strong working knowledge of ambulatory surgery center (ASC) revenue cycle and payer workflows.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with detailed workplans and milestones.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives at various levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects through their lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and success criteria.
Monitor progress, deliverables, resource utilization, and deadlines; adjust plans as needed.
Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and communications highlighting progress and decisions.
Use Excel, Power BI, Tableau to analyze performance and provide actionable insights for leadership.
Organize meetings, document decisions, record notes, and track action items.
Create clear, audience-specific materials to support change management and adoption.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests; escalate barriers as needed.
Collaborate with project leads and SMEs to evaluate options and business case development.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to monitor deliverables and budgets.
