Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Delivery Specialist based in the United States. This fully remote role supports a federal healthcare program under the ACA, coordinating with federal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into effective project outcomes.

You will develop SOPs, collect and analyze data, monitor project metrics, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; five years of relevant experience; nine years if no degree.
• U.S. citizenship and U.S. residency for past three years.
• Strong MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and SharePoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with government customers and gathering requirements.
• Advantage: Master's, PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master; ACA/government contracts."

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs, project briefs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Collect, organize, analyze information to support planning and decisions.
• Leverage Excel and reporting tools to monitor metrics and trends.
• Gather, document, validate business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate activities, manage communications, track progress against schedules.
• Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and action items.
• Maintain documentation in Teams and SharePoint with version control.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and guidelines.
• Support change management across multiple projects.
