TrackVia is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the Federal Government with a focus on remote work. The role targets federal agencies, systems integrators, and strategic partners, driving long sales cycles and building executive relationships from discovery to close.

You will work with leadership and Solutions Consulting to align TrackVia’s platform with federal modernization initiatives, ensuring robust pipeline and market expansion across civilian and defense sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience within the federal market.
• Based in the DC Metro area.
• Experience selling into civilian, defense, or operational federal agencies.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive new federal government business across targeted agencies and departments.
• Develop and manage strategic federal account and territory plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders, systems integrators, and strategic partners.
• Lead long and complex federal sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Generate pipeline through outbound activity, partner engagement, and networking.
• Communicate TrackVia use cases and value proposition to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and leadership during discovery, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and operational discipline.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competition, and emerging use cases.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to improve federal positioning.
