Tractian Technologies Inc. is seeking a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to hunt, win, and grow net-new government logos across federal, state, and local agencies.

You’ll navigate complex procurement cycles, build champions, and drive ROI-focused outcomes in a fast-growing industrial IoT environment. Required are 5+ years selling into government, deep knowledge of procurement vehicles, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into federal, state, or local government accounts.
• Proven ability to acquire net-new logos in regulated markets.
• Proficiency using a CRM for account analysis and opportunity management.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth in public sector.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with agency stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–40% depending on account footprint.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance or badge, if applicable.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles (FAR/DFARS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to closing for federal logos.
• Aggressively prospect into federal agencies, DoD accounts, and government-adjacent organizations.
• Develop high-impact ROI business cases for government stakeholders.
• Map champions across program, procurement, and technical evaluators.
• Navigate procurement pathways (GSA Schedules, SEWP, GWACs, IDIQs).
• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and sources-sought notices with capture resources as needed.
• Maintain a rigorous pipeline and accurate forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
