Smartsheet is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive Federal Civilian Government growth from a home-based role near the Washington, DC area. You will report to the Regional Director of Federal Sales and lead cross‑functional teams to win strategic opportunities.

You will exceed quotas, articulate Smartsheet’s value to senior leaders, and develop new business with a disciplined, data‑driven approach. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to Federal Civilian Government accounts.
• Proven success closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to build relationships with senior IT and business executives.
• Experience with strategic, multi‑team sales cycles.
• Strong hunter mentality with quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Lead sales plan for Federal Civilian Government with GTM, partners and resellers.
• Lead virtual teams in winning business across territory.
• Close complex, multi‑group deals through a solution‑based process.
• Articulate Smartsheet value to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities across departments and lines.
• Proactively present unsolicited proposals aligned to customer programs.
• Forecast opportunities with key metrics and reporting.
• Use Smartsheet daily to manage activities and progress.
• Travel as needed.
