Qualifications

• Federal EEO investigative background required.
• Familiarity with MD-110 and EEO complaint processing.
• Strong interviewing, fact development, analytical writing and conflict-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative investigations through interview coordination, evidence organization, factual analysis and investigative record development.
• Prepare objective chronologies, supporting materials and clear factual reports within the assigned scope.
• Perform investigative duties only as authorized by the order; preserve impartiality, confidentiality and documented evidence handling.
