This contingent role supports mediation and dispute resolution across nationwide US assignments, with the possibility of remote, contractor-site, or VA-site work based on future orders.

Ideal candidates have mediation training and demonstrated federal workplace experience, with the ability to maintain neutrality and confidentiality while meeting roster and credential requirements.

Qualifications

• Documented mediation or ADR training and completed neutral assignments.
• Demonstrated federal workplace or EEO mediation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to disclose conflicts, maintain neutrality and confidentiality, and provide evidence of roster status or credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an impartial mediator, facilitator or conflict coach for workplace and EEO-related disputes as authorized.
• Prepare for sessions, facilitate voluntary resolution, and maintain confidential records and process documentation.
• Support remote and in-person sessions; customized ADR and conflict-management training experience is welcome.
