Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated federal employment or labor-law experience.
• Strong legal writing and case-support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal research, case analysis, chronologies and draft work product for VA counsel review.
• Support employment and labor litigation and administrative proceedings, including EEOC, MSPB or FLRA matters as assigned.
• Assist with discovery, witness and exhibit preparation, deposition support, and legal writing; litigation-skills training experience is welcome.
