Senior Federal Litigation Paralegal

VA CLAIM — contingent opportunity / expression of interest

Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a qualified candidate pool for potential work supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Comprehensive Legal Assistance & Integrated Management (VA CLAIM) requirement, RFI 36C10X26Q0244. This is advance recruiting at the market-research stage. No contract award, funded vacancy, start date, minimum hours or employment offer is guaranteed.

Location: Nationwide US coverage; remote, contractor-site or VA-site work will depend on each future assignment. Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde’s recruiting base, not a promised duty station. Please state your geographic coverage and travel availability.

Potential responsibilities

• Develop case files, factual chronologies, research summaries and indexed records for attorney review.
• Coordinate discovery, document acquisition, depositions, hearing exhibits and deadline calendars.
• Support litigation holds, records retention and administrative claims; identify missing or inconsistent evidence.

What we are seeking

• Demonstrated paralegal experience supporting federal litigation or administrative proceedings.
• Strong legal and factual research, document organization, exhibit preparation and quality-review skills.
• Relevant education, paralegal training or equivalent professional experience; federal EEO, MSPB, FOIA/Privacy Act or FTCA support experience is preferred.
