Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Cleared Federal Customer Success Manager to guide post-sales engagement with high-value federal agencies. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across classified and unclassified environments.

This role emphasizes consultative relationship management, security posture alignment, and scalable playbooks to realize value and secure executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret or Secret clearance is required.
• 4+ years in Customer Success or related roles in a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
• Experience with federally focused engagements preferred.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to federal agencies and organizations
• Drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support
• Lead regular business reviews and executive-level communications
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure smooth renewals
• Maintain records of customer health and actions in CS platforms
