Job summary

Horizon3 AI seeks a Federal Platform Engineer to lead deployment and operation of our platform in AWS and federal environments. You will build scalable, secure infrastructure, automate CI/CD and ensure reliable deployment pipelines across multiple environments.

Requirements include 5+ years in DevOps/Platform roles, strong Kubernetes and IaC experience, and a passion for automation. Remote-friendly with some travel; contribution to a fast-growing cyber security platform is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform engineering, or related roles.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure cloud-native platforms hosting core applications and tooling across AWS regions.
• Improve development and deployment processes enabling engineers to deploy with confidence.
• Create telemetry and monitoring tooling to measure platform effectiveness for engineers.
