Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the DoW with modernization and sustainment of mission-critical applications. You will translate complex business needs into clear requirements, collaborate with Government stakeholders and Product Owners, and ensure traceability through the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting federal enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience documenting business processes, mapping user workflows, and defining business rules.
• Experience developing clear, testable acceptance criteria for application development.
• Proven ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Develop clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria to support development and validation.
• Document business processes, user workflows, and operational requirements with traceability across the lifecycle.
• Facilitate reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-offs with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Partner with Product Owner on backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and user sessions to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
