• Proven ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Business Systems Analyst

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a team supporting the development, modernization, and sustainment of mission‑critical applications for a Department of War (DoW) customer. In this role, you will collaborate with Government stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will play an important role in improving business processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring that application enhancements align with operational needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a federal technology modernization initiative while working in a collaborative, Agile environment. Partner with Government process owners to document business processes, user workflows, and operational requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements while maintaining traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Translate complex business rules into clear, structured requirements that engineering teams can implement and test. Facilitate business‑rule reviews, walkthroughs, and sign‑offs with Government stakeholders and technical teams. Develop clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria to support application development and validation. Requirements

Work Location and Schedule

Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern. The program operates in two-week sprints, with a customer demonstration each sprint.

Travel

Travel: 0–10%, within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Security Requirement

U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance. An active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred and may allow an earlier start.

Compensation

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
