Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a team supporting the development, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical DoW applications. You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, collaborating with Government stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Business/Systems Analyst for federal enterprise applications.
• Experience documenting business processes and mapping workflows.
• Ability to develop clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Government process owners to document business processes, user workflows, and operational requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements while maintaining traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business rules into clear, structured requirements for engineering teams to implement and test.
• Facilitate business-rule reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-offs with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria to support development and validation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and user sessions to support iterative development.
