Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a team supporting the development, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical DoW applications. You will collaborate with Government stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

This role focuses on documenting processes, maintaining traceability, and ensuring that enhancements align with operational needs within an Agile

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting federal enterprise applications.
• Experience documenting business processes, mapping user workflows, and defining business rules.
• Experience developing clear, testable acceptance criteria for application development.
• Proven ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Government process owners to document business processes, user workflows, and operational requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements while maintaining traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business rules into clear, structured requirements that engineering teams can implement and test.
• Facilitate business-rule reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-offs with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria to support application development and validation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and user sessions to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
