Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) seeks a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support a Department of War (DoW) program, collaborating with Government stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements.

You will document processes, maintain traceability, develop acceptance criteria, and assist product owners in backlog refinement within an Agile environment. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are highly preferred; remote work available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting federal enterprise applications.
• Experience documenting business processes, mapping user workflows, and defining business rules.
• Experience developing clear, testable acceptance criteria for application development.
• Ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Active Secret security clearance is required or strongly preferred.]

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a team supporting the development, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical applications for a Department of War (DoW) customer.

In this role, you will collaborate with Government stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will play an important role in improving business processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring that application enhancements align with operational needs.

• Demonstrated experience documenting business processes, mapping user workflows, and defining business rules.
• Experience developing clear, testable acceptance criteria for application development.
• Proven ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Decision Model and Notation (DMN) or decision tables.
• Familiarity with identity management, workflow, or case-management applications.

Work Location and Schedule

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern. The program operates in two-week sprints, with a customer demonstration each sprint.
• Travel: 0–10%, within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Security Requirement: U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance. An active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred and may allow an earlier start.
• Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
