Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking a Product Owner to support a mission-critical application modernization program for a Department of War (DoW) customer. The role focuses on unifying access across applications with a single sign-on, a centralized work surface, and integrating apps into a shared platform.

Responsibilities include owning the backlog across four phases, defining acceptance criteria, engaging stakeholders, and translating feedback into backlog items while tracking success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis supporting enterprise web applications.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments delivering solutions to federal government customers.
• Demonstrated experience conducting usability sessions and translating findings into prioritized product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog across four customer-gated phases, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery milestones.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and phase-exit deliverables.
• Lead ongoing user engagement with analysts, industry users, and members of the public to understand needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate user feedback and usability findings into actionable, prioritized backlog items.
• Track and report on success metrics established with the customer.
