Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a senior leader for Facility Condition Assessment within Asset Services. This executive role drives national FCA delivery, aligns with ASTM E2018, and partners with the Global Leader to grow revenue and enhance service quality.

Ideal candidates will command extensive FCA expertise, PE/RA licensure, and proven capability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across markets while maintaining excellent client relations and strategic execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible commercial building evaluation experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of client management and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience with direct reports.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing costs.

Mansioni

• Lead national production operations for FCA in Asset Services.
• Maintain alignment with quality standards, ASTM E2018, and regulatory frameworks.
• Cultivate executive-level client relationships and expand service scope.
• Define strategic vision with Global Leader to expand markets and services.
• Oversee project management staff and ensure consistent policies.
• Act as SME in FCA scope including seismic, roofing, MEP, and ADA evaluations.
