Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Condition Assessment - Technical Director in the Asset Services division. The role leads national FCA operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while growing revenue and expanding client relationships across major accounts.

Reporting to the Global Leader of Asset Services, you will guide service delivery frameworks, mentor teams, and drive strategic initiatives for scalable FCA execution nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial building evaluation experience using FCA methods.
• Minimum 12 years in client management and leadership of multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership with direct management of multi-level teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage multi-market service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead national production operations for the Facility Condition practice with revenue and profit accountability.
• Oversee FCA reports to ensure alignment with standards, client protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop executive-level client relationships and expand service scope across key accounts.
• Define strategic vision with Global Leader of Asset Services for market expansion and service innovation.
• Support national project management staff with consistent policies, standards, and governance.
