Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Technical Director for its Asset Services division. The role leads national FCA operations, engages executive-level clients, and shapes service delivery standards in alignment with ASTM E2018 and related frameworks.

The candidate will guide strategic growth, oversee multi-market teams, and ensure high-quality FCA execution while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial building evaluation experience with FCA methodologies.
• Minimum 12 years in client management and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership with P&L responsibilities.

• Lead national production operations for FCA within Asset Services.
• Maintain alignment with quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop executive relationships with clients and pursue growth opportunities.
• Oversee implementation of standardized service templates and tools.
