U.P. KIDS is seeking a Family Assistance Worker for a part-time, primarily remote role. The position supports at-risk youth and families across the central UP from a home office in Ironwood.

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, willingness to travel, and flexible hours are required, with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle provided. Qualifications

• 1 year of human services experience, preferably with children
• valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities

• Provide services to support reunification of birth families and their children in foster care
• Work in family homes, agency offices, or mutually agreed locations
• Model, demonstrate, assist, and supervise in areas identified in the service plan
• Write reports and provide to the case manager in a timely manner
• Testify in court
