Job summary

U.P. KIDS is seeking a Family Assistance Worker for a part-time, mostly remote role with a home office in Ironwood. You will support at-risk youth and families across the central UP, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to travel with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of human services experience, preferably with children.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to reunify families.
• Model, demonstrate, assist and supervise activities per the service plan.
• Coordinate transportation to parenting-time visits.
• Complete timely reports to the case manager.
• Travel within central UP as needed.
