Job summary

Rise Services Inc. seeks dedicated Family Support Specialists to provide in-home case management for families in the Pima County area.

This remote role requires travel across the county and occasional in-office work to deliver Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting programs, coordinating services, and supporting families with ADCS-referenced needs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with experience serving diverse communities and knowledge of child

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience working with families and diverse backgrounds preferred.
• Knowledge of child safety, child development, and family dynamics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide short term coordination of services and resources for assigned families.
• Meet with families regularly to address concerns and progress toward goals.
• Travel extensively across Pima County for in-home support.
• Maintain timely progress notes and complete tasks on contract timelines.
• Be flexible for evenings and weekends as needed.
