Qualifications

• Ability to provide culturally competent services.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strength-based assessments for adoptive families.
• Liaise with families to identify and access community resources.
• Develop family-centered plans and termination reports.
• Provide emergency interventions for families in crisis.
• Refer families to community resources and services.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with families.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
