Job summary

RISE Services Inc. is seeking dedicated Family Support Specialists to serve Maricopa County families. This remote role involves delivering the Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting Programs, in-home case management, and supportive services as required by ADCS.

You will coordinate services, meet families weekly or monthly, document progress, and adapt to evenings and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree, valid AZ driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required; travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience working with families and diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with child safety regulations and ADCS guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and resources for assigned families.
• Meet families weekly or monthly to address concerns.
• Ensure contract timelines and progress notes are completed.
• Be flexible to meet client needs including evenings and weekends.
• Travel extensively within the county/metro area as required.
• Write assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
