Job summary

RISE is hiring full-time and/or part-time Family Support Specialists for Maricopa County clients. This remote position with occasional in-office work delivers the Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting Programs using evidence-based models, in-home case management and supportive services to families based on ADCS guidance.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, meeting families regularly, documenting progress, and ensuring contract timelines while adapting to client needs, including

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with related work experience
• Education and/or experience related to the service provided
• Must have verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to write and review assessments, maintain documentation
• Language ability may be required
• Telephone etiquette and skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Google Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Occasional evening hours may be required
• Must obtain background check and fingerprint clearance
• Must have reliable transportation and valid AZ driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide short term, time-limited coordination of services for assigned families
• Meet with families regularly to address issues using evidence-based curriculum
• Work with Team Lead to support families in achieving positive outcomes
• Ensure contract timelines with progress notes and tasks
• Be flexible to meet families' needs, including evenings and weekends; travel extensively within county
