Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. is hiring full-time or part-time Family Support Specialists to serve Maricopa County clients. This remote role includes occasional in-office work from our Maricopa, AZ office and delivers in-home services using evidence-based models and case management.

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with strong written and verbal communication. Travel across the county is extensive, with evenings/weekends as needed. We offer excellent benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's level degree with related work experience working with family dynamics.
• Education and/or experience related to the service provided, including the ability to relate to families of varied lifestyles, backgrounds, and ethnicities.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific task and to communicate clearly in writing.
• Ability to write and review assessments and maintain documentation.
• Language ability may be required to meet needs of people receiving support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Occasional evening hours may be required and background checks and drug testing will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide short term coordination of services and resources based on family needs.
• Meet with families regularly to address issues using evidence-based curriculum and community resources.
• Support families with case management and collaboration with Team Lead.
• Ensure contract timelines are met including weekly progress notes and tasks.
• Be flexible to meet client schedules, including evenings and weekends; extensive travel.
