Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. is hiring a Family Support Specialist to work with Maricopa County clients in a remote role with occasional in-office work from Mesa, AZ.

The position delivers Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting Programs using evidence-based models, in-home case management and supportive services to families based on ADCS needs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and documentation skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to coordinate services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related work experience with family dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write and review assessments and maintain documentation.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Background check, drug screening, and secure vehicle inspections required.

Responsibilities

• Provide short term coordination of services and resources to assigned families.
• Meet with families regularly to address needs using evidence-based curricula and resources.
• Support families with in-home case management and access to services.
• Ensure timely progress notes and contract timelines are met.
• Travel extensively across the county/metro area and adapt to client schedules.
